RETURN POLICY

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns 

If you've changed your mind, or wish to return an unwanted gift, we'll refund your purchase if returned within 20 days after sign in parcel. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns. Kissross cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post so we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund.Please contact our Customer service at info@doitsupport.comto get the return address.

Notification

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
